About The Art of the Mix
I arrive 60 minutes before every gig to test the sound with the venue vendor. Whether I am using my own Pioneer CDJ or plugging into your home setup, this pre-show check ensures the levels are perfect so the energy stays consistent from the first track to the last.
Being a DJ is about reading the room. I do not just play a static playlist. I adapt the set based on how the crowd is reacting. If the energy in a lounge is mellow, I lean into my B40 house sets. If it is a wedding, we go full-power Bollywood remixes to keep the dance floor packed.
My Technical Setup
I bring my own professional DJ controller and laptop to every event. This allows me to control the mix and keep the energy high. I connect directly to your existing PA system, home theatre, or Bluetooth towers via RCA or Aux cables.
The Workflow
- Pre-Event Prep: We connect before the gig to finalize the musical vibe and any specific 'Must Play' tracks.
- MCing: For corporate gigs and weddings, I handle live announcements and manage the event flow.
- Custom Edits: I spend time in the studio creating custom mashups, so if you have a special request for a bride entry or a dance troupe, we can get that sorted.
