About First Birthday & Cake Smash
My cake smash sessions follow a consistent, three-part flow designed to keep your little one comfortable. We start with clean portraits, move to the messy cake destruction, and finish with a warm bubble bath in a vintage tub. I personally set up these scenes in my climate-controlled studio at M3M Golf Estate to ensure a safe, relaxed environment for your child.
The cake smash is more than just photos of a messy baby. My approach is to make it a sensory experience for the child. We begin with classic portraits to capture their personality before the cake enters the frame. The middle section is the smash itself, where I use custom backdrops—whether jungle, floral, or rustic—to match your chosen theme. Finally, we finish with a splash in a vintage tub. It is a practical cleanup step that doubles as an adorable photo opportunity.
Since I operate from my studio at M3M Golf Estate in Gurugram, I control the environment entirely. The studio is kept at a comfortable, baby-safe temperature, and we use white noise and soft lighting to ensure the baby feels relaxed throughout the process.
I have decided to take a break from accepting new bookings for now after nine years of capturing these milestones.
