About Joyful Cake Smash Sessions
My studio sessions are built around your baby's rhythm, not a strict clock. We take 3 hours for the shoot, which gives plenty of time for feeding, changing outfits, and those necessary naps. I handle the fresh, eggless cake, provide full access to my studio closet, and set up three distinct themes—like my 'Little Chef' or 'Aviator' styles—so you can just focus on the joy of the moment.
How We Make It Special
I believe a cake smash should be about the baby’s natural reaction, whether they dive in face-first or are a bit hesitant at first. That is why I do not rush. My 3-hour session window ensures that we have enough breathing room to wait for the perfect smile.
What Is Included in Your Session
- Three Setups: I design the studio for variety. We start with clean portraits, move to the messy cake smash, and finish with family shots.
- Studio Wardrobe: No need to stress about outfits. You get full access to my studio closet, including handmade rompers, tuxedos, and tulle dresses, so your baby looks perfect in every frame.
- The Details: I provide the eggless, soft-cream smash cake. All you need to bring is your baby.
My Approach to Themes
Whether you want the popular 'Little Chef' kitchen setup, a vintage 'Aviator' theme with clouds and planes, or something soft and floral, I have the props ready. I use professional portable lighting and high-end backdrops, meaning even if your baby is moving around, the resulting photos are sharp and clear.
I want these photos to show who your child is at one year old—the giggles, the curious looks, and even the cake-covered mess. These are the memories you will look back on as they grow.
