This is where the magic happens, on the roads, trails, and tracks of Bengaluru. We offer everything from beginner-friendly 'Back to Basics' sessions at Agara Lake to challenging speed work and scenic trail runs, ensuring there's a pace and place for every woman in our group.
Strength, HIIT & Mobility
To be a better runner, you need more than just miles. Our program integrates essential cross-training, including strength and HIIT sessions to build power, and yoga and mobility work to improve flexibility and prevent injuries.
