Each meal contains 55% high-quality protein (chicken, beef, mutton, pork, or fish), 22% fibrous vegetables like pumpkin and green beans, and 17% complex carbohydrates like red rice or sweet potato.

We cook in small, fresh batches to order. This isn't mass-produced food that sits on a shelf. Every meal is vacuum-sealed, which gives it a 10-day shelf life in your refrigerator or 30 days in your freezer. No preservatives, no synthetic vitamins, just honest food.
