Beauty & Skincare Product Styling
I build visual stories using ingredients, textures, and lighting to make your skincare brand feel real and tangible. It is not just about putting a product on a surface; it is about creating an experience that connects with your customer.
A texture shot for Aqualogica's strobe cream, where I used swirls of the product itself as a key graphic element. Paired with fresh watermelon slices, the styling emphasizes the product's hydrating, fruit-based formula.
This flat-lay composition for Aqualogica uses a bold diagonal line and fresh watermelon to create a visually striking image. The styling is clean and graphic, designed to pop on social media feeds.
For this Aqualogica cream, I surrounded the product with wild berries on a vibrant pink background. The texture smear adds a sensory element, giving customers an idea of the cream's consistency.
A shoot for a papaya-infused cream where I used sliced papaya and a reflective, wet surface. This setup was designed to communicate the product's key ingredient and its glowing, dewy effect on the skin.
To create a fresh, clean look, I styled this berry-infused cream against a textured white background. The scattering of fresh strawberries and blueberries reinforces the natural ingredients and adds a pop of color.
A group shot of Mamaearth's tinted lip balms, styled with their corresponding natural ingredients like orange, rose, and cocoa. The clean, geometric arrangement makes the product line easy to understand at a glance.
A playful and architectural setup for Mamaearth's berry lip balms. I used white blocks and fresh berries to create a modern, gallery-like feel that elevates the product.
To capture the richness of this cocoa-tinted lip balm, I created a dark, moody scene using a bed of raw cocoa beans. This ingredient-focused styling immediately tells the story of the product's flavor and origin.
This shot uses a soft-focus floral foreground to create a dreamy, romantic mood for a rose-tinted lip balm. The styling aims to evoke the delicate and beautiful feeling of the product itself.
A vibrant and energetic flat-lay created with a bed of fresh orange slices. This "citrus bomb" concept makes the product feel refreshing and full of life, perfect for a vitamin C infused lip balm.
About Beauty & Skincare Styling
My process focuses on tactile storytelling. Whether it is using professional techniques to create precise product smears or sourcing fresh botanicals that mirror your key ingredients, I prioritize the small, physical details that make your product feel tangible to the viewer.
Building Your Brand Story
Every brand has a voice. For skincare, that often means clean, fresh, and trustworthy. I start by defining the mood, then select props that reinforce that narrative, whether it is minimalist white space or a lush, ingredient-heavy composition.
Technical Craft
I handle the technical side of texture styling. This includes stabilization techniques for foam or liquid, perfect placement of product drips, and using gels to simulate freshness. Studio lights can make textures look flat, so I use specific reflection management to give bottles and creams a premium, tangible quality.
Ingredient-Led Styling
Using real elements like fresh fruit slices, raw cocoa, or flower petals connects the customer to the formulation. It shows, rather than just tells, what is inside the bottle. I handle all prop sourcing to ensure the colors and shapes complement your packaging perfectly.
Project Logistics
I offer full-day sessions focused on high-quality output. We can cover anywhere from 10 to 15 images in a single day, ensuring consistent lighting and styling across your social media feed or campaign assets. I also provide pre-production support, including mood boarding, to make sure we are aligned on the visual direction before the shoot starts.
