About Let's Get Planning!
When you choose to host here, I assign a dedicated party coordinator to manage the floor during your entire slot. This means you are not running around checking on food or managing the games; you get to actually hang out with your child and their friends while my team handles the transitions between the arcade, bumper cars, and cake cutting.
How My Planning Works
I want to make sure your only job is to show up and enjoy the day. I have stripped away the complexity of juggling multiple vendors. Whether you opt for my standard play package or a full-blown signature themed bash, my team manages the entire flow.
The Logistics
- Party Coordination: You get dedicated staff on the floor. They keep the kids engaged, manage the game tokens for the arcade, and guide them through the bumper car rides.
- Food Service: I keep the kids' menu simple—think pizza, pasta, and nuggets—because I know how picky they can be. Adults get a separate, more flavorful menu so you can actually enjoy the meal too.
- The Setup: If you choose a themed package, my team handles the full decor, from the shimmer walls to the character cutouts, before you even arrive.
Planning Tips for Parents
- Timing: Weekend slots are in high demand. If you have a specific date in mind, try to reach out at least two weeks early to lock it in. Weekdays are much easier to accommodate for smaller groups.
- Parking: Since we are based in Ashok Vihar, parking can get tight. I have arranged valet services, so just pull up and head straight into the fun.
