When I travel, I don't just see the sights; I taste everything. That's how Honey Special Cake was born. My goal is simple: to bring those 'cannot-find-anywhere-else' desserts from places like London, Italy, and Russia directly to your neighborhood in Bangalore, Chennai, or Kerala.
What Makes Them Special
- London Milk Cake: This is the one you’ve seen all over social media. It’s a delicate, airy sponge soaked in a secret three-milk blend. We keep it chilled so the cream stays fresh and the texture remains silky.
- Tiramisu Trio: I couldn't pick just one style, so I made three. Whether you want the classic coffee-soaked Italian version, a tropical Mango twist, or the rich, aromatic Arabic Pistachio, it’s all made using traditional techniques.
