Smart Apartment Starter Kit
Entry Management
- Smart Digital Door Lock: Mortise style lock supporting Fingerprint, PIN Code, RFID Card, Mechanical Key, and App based remote unlocking. Finish: Matte Black or Satin Nickel.
- IP Video Door Phone (VDP): 7 inch HD Touchscreen indoor monitor. Features 2 way audio and live video feed.
- Doorbell Unit: Individual camera doorbell unit with night vision OR integration license for the building lobby camera.
Safety & Automation Hub
- Central IoT Gateway: Connects all sensors and locks to the mobile app via Wi Fi or Zigbee.
- LPG Gas Leak Detector: Wall mounted smart sensor installed near the kitchen hob. Triggers app alerts and local alarm.
- Smart Lighting Node: One 4 gang glass finish touch switch panel for the Living Room, allowing dimming and scene control.
Installation
- Professional Fitting: Includes cutting and mortising for the lock on the main door.
- Network Configuration: Setup of internal IP addressing for VDP connectivity.

Metering Hardware
- Smart Water Meter: 15mm or 20mm digital water meter (Brass/Composite body). Uses Multi jet or Ultrasonic technology for high accuracy.
- Communication Module: Integrated LoRaWAN or NB IoT wireless module for transmitting data to the central building system.
- Integrated Battery: Long life battery (5+ years) to power the transmission module.
App & Analytics
- Leak Detection: Algorithms to detect continuous flow and send instant alerts to the resident.
- Consumption Dashboard: Access to the app to view daily and monthly liter usage.

- Fittings: Includes necessary unions, washers, and a non return valve (NRV).
