As a coach, I am always on the field with my players. This video shows me, Coach Deepa, leading a session and celebrating Women's Day with the team I am so passionate about mentoring.

How We Train on the Turf
Our philosophy is simple: practice with intensity, fix mistakes immediately, and learn to play with awareness. We operate out of Decathlon Belapur, Kharghar, Sanpada, and St. Joseph Kalamboli, ensuring that whether you are a young beginner or a seasoned adult player, you have access to a quality turf or hard court surface.
What to Expect During Sessions:
- Real-Time Tactical Feedback: You won't hear generic cheering. You will hear us shouting instructions, correcting your running lines, and telling you exactly when to pass or when to hold the ball. We focus on 'man-to-man' marking and spatial awareness.
- Skill-Based Drills: From agility ladders and cone zig-zags for toddlers to high-intensity tactical games for our youth district team, every drill has a purpose. We emphasize basics like push passing, ball control, and stopping.
- Physical Literacy: We teach you how to fall, how to move, and how to stay fit. We even incorporate basics like front rolls to ensure you protect yourself during intense gameplay.

If you are struggling with a reverse hit or positioning yourself in the circle, we break it down until you get it right. Our competitive youth training prepares players for actual district tournaments, where the pressure is high and technical precision is the difference between winning and losing. For our recreational adult sessions, the focus shifts to fitness and match-play, allowing you to shake off the rust and enjoy the game with a community that plays together every Sunday.
