We operate on a simple philosophy: Play, Prosper, Progress. While our coaching style on the field is disciplined and instructional, focusing on tactical positioning and high-intensity fitness, our culture off the field is built on mutual support. We see many parents bring their children to us not just for the hockey skills, but for the safe, positive community we have nurtured.
Our sessions take place at multiple venues across Navi Mumbai, including Decathlon Belapur and school grounds in Kharghar and Sanpada. This gives our players consistency, whether they are in our Foundation Program for ages 4-12 or our competitive district training squads.
We do not believe in silos. Our coaching staff, including former national players, works to bridge the gap between being a coach and a mentor.
