About Explore Our Styles
Learning one style is just the start. When you train with us, you dive into 14+ street dance forms, and we make sure you master the foundations of every single one before you try to freestyle. Whether it is the rapid arm movements of waacking or the control needed for popping, we focus on the specific drill work that builds muscle memory, so your movement stays sharp and intentional.
Our academy is built on the belief that a well-rounded dancer understands the roots of every movement. If you want to go pro, you cannot just learn a routine for a video. You need to understand the history, the musicality, and the technical mechanics behind the dance. We cover everything from the New York roots of litefeet to the geometric precision of tutting and the funk origins of locking.
Why Train in Multiple Styles?
Switching between styles like house, locking, and krump teaches you adaptability. It helps you understand how your body reacts to different tempos and rhythms. If you get stuck in one style, you limit your own growth. By rotating through our foundation-first classes in our Koramangala studio, you develop a personal vocabulary that helps you stand out in any cypher.
Our Approach to Training
We do not believe in skipping the basics. Even if you are a beginner, we start with the drills. It might feel repetitive, but that is how you develop the control required to execute clean, professional moves. We also weave conditioning into our sessions, ensuring that your body is strong enough to handle high-energy styles like breaking or house without getting injured. Whether you are aiming for our 12-month Street Dance Diploma or just want to pick up a new skill in our 10-day intensive camps, we provide the environment, the mentors, and the community to help you level up.
HipHop Dance Co
We are not just a dance studio; we are a crew. We started as an underground collective back in 2004, and today, we teach students to move with heart, purpose, and total control.
