I believe in offering two distinct experiences:
- The Pangat Seva: For sacred occasions, we bring the tradition of sit-down dining. Guests are seated, and we serve course-by-course using premium golden or silver thalis. It is an organized, respectful, and timeless way to dine.
- The Royal Buffet: If you want a modern, lively atmosphere, my buffets are designed to be a feast for the eyes. We use designer acrylic counters with LED lighting, interactive live stations for hot pizzas and chaat, and tiered fruit displays that look spectacular.

I understand that for many of my clients, food must adhere to strict religious rules. My kitchen is 100% pure vegetarian. I guarantee no onion, garlic, or prohibited ingredients are ever used. We take care of the details so you can focus on the celebration. If you need a custom menu—whether it is authentic Rajasthani, Kathiyawadi, or fusion Jain options—we will plan it together until it is exactly right.
