Because these are made from fiber-rich ancient grains like Jowar and Red Rice, they take a few minutes longer to boil than standard refined flour products, but the result is a wholesome meal that provides lasting energy for the day.
Why I Switched to Millets
I started making these in my own kitchen when the doctor told us to cut out maida. Traditional noodles are often just refined flour and oil, which provide empty calories. By using Ragi, Quinoa, and Moringa, I wanted to create a base that offers iron, protein, and complex carbohydrates.
