Why I Started Making Healthy Pastas & Noodles
Honestly, I got tired of saying no to my kids every time they asked for noodles. Maida ka naam sunte hi guilt aa jata tha (Just hearing 'maida' made me feel guilty). When my son's doctor said, "junk food aur maida bandh karo" (cut out junk food and refined flour), I knew I had to find a better way. Couldn’t find anything in stores that ticked both boxes - taste and health.
What’s Inside My Pastas & Noodles
I make these at home, just like I do for my own family. No maida, no preservatives, no weird stuff. Instead, I use ancient grains and millets - think Ragi, Jowar, Quinoa, Red Rice. Everything is steamed, not fried, so it’s way lighter. Each pack comes with a tastemaker made from real spices, not chemicals.

My Story
Hi, I’m Shivali, founder of Healthy Master, but really I’m just a mom who started in her kitchen. Kuch saal pehle (some years back), my son’s health made me rethink snacks - doctor ne bola, maida band (doctor said, stop maida). Main dhoondhti rahi healthy tasty cheez, par kuch mila nahi (I kept searching for healthy, tasty things, but found nothing). So I began making my own, with real stuff and maa ka pyaar (mother’s love). Healthy Master is for every mom who wants guilt-free kids snacks.
