Traditional Rangoli Art for Your Special Occasions
I create vibrant, hand-drawn rangolis using colored powders and fresh marigold petals. Whether it’s for a baby shower, Diwali, or a shop inauguration, I design each piece to bring that authentic, festive vibe right to your doorstep.
This is a custom rangoli I designed for a 'Dohale Jevan' or Maharashtrian baby shower ceremony. I created this intricate design using colored powders and fresh marigold petals, personalizing it for a truly special welcome.
A vibrant peacock-themed rangoli created for Diwali. The bright colors and detailed patterns, set against a backdrop of fairy lights, create a warm and festive welcome at the entrance.
About Traditional Rangoli Art
I personally handle every rangoli design from scratch, spending 2 to 4 hours on-site to ensure the detailing is perfect. I use a hybrid technique—combining fine-mesh colored powders for sharp, crisp lines with fresh marigold and rose petals for texture—so you get a piece that looks great in person and on camera.
A rangoli isn't just a decoration; it’s the first thing your guests see. When I design for you, I’m not just using standard stencils. I combine traditional Sanskar Bharati powder techniques with fresh floral borders for a 3D effect that really pops.
For ceremonies like a Dohale Jevan or a wedding, I can incorporate custom calligraphy right into the design—like the family name or a welcome message in Marathi, Hindi, or English. It makes the entrance feel personal and warm. If it’s for a festival like Diwali or Ganpati, I often use bright, high-contrast colors paired with fairy lights to ensure the art stands out even as the evening progresses.
How it works:
- Size: Most designs range from 4ft to 6ft in diameter, perfect for main entryways or pooja rooms.
- Process: I arrive at your venue, prepare the surface, and hand-draw everything live. It usually takes me 2 to 4 hours depending on the complexity.
- Clean-up: Since I use organic flowers and powders, you will need to handle the cleanup post-event, but the visual impact lasts throughout your celebration.
Whether you have a specific pattern in mind or want me to freestyle based on the event theme, just let me know. I'm based in Kopar Khairane and travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area to make your entrance look its best.
