A Peek Behind the Scenes of Our Event Decor
Ever wonder how your dream decor comes together? Take a look at the work that goes into our happy happenings, from the first frame to the final floral touch.
This is me in my element, doing what I love most. Putting all my heart and soul into every detail, like arranging these fresh flower petals, is what turns an event into a truly happy happening.
Watch as my team and I build a glamorous shimmer wall from scratch. This time-lapse shows the process of assembling the panels and adding the balloon garland, giving you a glimpse of the hard work that goes into every perfect setup.
It's all in the details. This video shows some close-ups of the elements I use, from beautiful artificial flowers and the glowing neon sign to the final arrangement. Each piece is chosen and placed with care to bring the whole vision to life.
About A Peek Behind the Curtain
When we start building a shimmer wall or arranging a boho arch, we aren't just placing decor, we are securing the backdrop for your memories. Whether it is a compact ring setup or an 8-foot sequin wall, that setup time in your venue is focused entirely on precision, ensuring the balloons are stable and the lighting is perfect before your first guest walks in.
You might see the final result in photos, but I wanted to show you what happens before the party begins. My partner and I believe that the 'Happy Happening' starts with the effort we put in on the ground.
The Setup Process
For our compact ring setups, we usually need about 90 to 120 minutes to assemble the frame, inflate the balloon garland, and secure the neon signage. For larger projects like our 8x8 shimmer walls, we need a bit more breathing room—typically 3 to 4 hours. Because we work with high-gloss chrome balloons and heavy-duty truss systems, proper anchoring is vital. We don't just set things up; we test the balance of the furniture and the placement of every flower bunch so nothing shifts while you are having fun.
Why the Detail Matters
I treat every event with the same care I would for a celebration in my own home. That means bringing a variety of balloons to ensure the colors match your theme, checking every neon sign connection, and making sure the floor is clean and ready. We come prepared with our own props, from jute rugs to wireframe tables, so you don't have to worry about the logistics. My goal is to make the decor a seamless part of your day, not a stressor. When you hire us, you are getting two people who are genuinely invested in making your event look exactly how you imagined it.
