Most urban shoots happen in the early hours to catch that soft light before the city wakes up. I focus on locations with specific textures—like rustic wooden doors or vibrant street art—that frame the two of you without distractions. We usually cover three locations over six to eight hours, which gives us plenty of time to find those quiet, natural moments between the noise of the city.
Finding the poetry in an urban landscape is about contrast. The chaos of a bustling market or the stillness of an empty city road provides a striking, modern frame for your intimate connection. I prefer these settings because they are not just backdrops; they are part of your life in the city.
How We Approach Your Urban Shoot
When we plan an urban engagement shoot, I guide you toward spots that reflect your personality. Whether it is the colorful street art of South Delhi, a chic glasshouse cafe, or the quiet alleys of a local bazaar, the focus remains entirely on your interaction. We do not do stiff poses. Instead, we take a walk, share a coffee, or navigate the streets while I document the glances and laughter that define your relationship.
Practical Details
- Concept & Wardrobe: We start with a consultation to finalize your wardrobe and the mood. You can plan for three to four outfit changes within our session time to switch between a casual market look and a more dramatic evening ensemble.
- Timing: For the best light and fewer crowds, I recommend starting early in the morning.
- The Result: You receive 40 to 50 high-resolution, professionally retouched images that tell your specific story. My goal is to ensure that years from now, looking at these photos brings back the feeling of exactly who you were, together, at this point in time.
