About this collection
When you choose a bridal design, you are looking at a 5-6 hour process, so your comfort is my priority. I always suggest picking a quiet, comfortable corner at home for the application, and I will walk you through the exact aftercare routine—like how to use clove steam to deepen that stain—before I leave. It is the small, practical steps that ensure your mehndi turns a rich, deep maroon by your wedding day.
When I work on bridal henna, I start with a conversation to understand your vision. Do you want something traditional with heavy peacocks, lotus motifs, and checkerboard patterns, or are you looking for a modern touch with portraits and personalized elements like your partner's name or a depiction of your varmala ceremony? I take the time to map this out so it fits the natural lines of your arms and legs perfectly.
I only use my own organic, homemade henna cones. No chemicals. This is non-negotiable because it ensures the rich stain you see in my photos, and it is safe for sensitive skin. During the session, we will talk about your wedding timeline to make sure the application process is relaxed. If you have a large wedding party or need guest mehndi alongside your bridal application, I have a team of skilled artists who can assist so your guests are not waiting for hours.
I am based in Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, but I travel across India for weddings. If your venue is outside the city, just include those details in your inquiry so we can plan the logistics well in advance.
Hajira Mehendi Artist
Hi, I am Hajira. For me, henna is pure joy—there is nothing quite like seeing a bride’s face light up when she sees her design for the first time. I do not believe in copy-paste work; we will work together to make sure your bridal patterns feel exactly like you.
