My Philosophy

Manzil milegi bhatak kar hi sahi, gumrah to wo hai, jo ghar se nikle hi nahi (You'll reach your destination, even if you wander; the truly lost stay home). That's how I see my role as an advocate - not just a job, but a duty to stand up, especially when things get tough. Himmat hai to buland kar awaaz ka alam, chup baithne se hal nahi hone ka mas'ala (If you have the courage, speak up; silence gets you nowhere). Sabr aur shukr (patience and gratitude) guide me, both in life and in court.

What I Do

• I cover all kinds of criminal cases, from the moment you're accused till the final verdict.
• Getting bail can be tricky. I go deep into bail applications - regular and anticipatory - because I believe 'Bail is the rule, Jail is the exception'.
• NDPS Act defense attorney work is a big part of what I do. These cases are complex, but I know the details and have fought them at different levels.

Where I Practice

Mostly, you'll find me in the District & Sessions Courts of Gurugram and Nuh. But if your case needs to go up, I don't hesitate - I've argued Special Leave Petition in Supreme Court too.
