Fighting False Allegations

Most calls I get are from people who feel trapped in jhoothe cases (false cases). My main focus is on false FIR defense. I look for every bit of evidence - audio, video, even rent agreements - to prove the truth. If the other side lies, I don’t let it slide. Filing a perjury case under Section 340 CrPC (now 379 BNSS) is always on the table.

Police & Your Rights

If police come knocking, don’t go blindly. Always ask for a Section 41A CrPC notice. For cases like 498A, 406, or any offense with less than 7 years’ punishment, police can’t just arrest you. I’ll fight any illegal arrest, even with a contempt case if needed. Women, kids under 15, and seniors above 65 - you can’t be called to the station, police must come to you.

Courtroom Strategy

Once in court, I like to keep things sharp: written arguments so everything is official, haajiri maafi (exemption from appearances) if possible, and a clear criminal trial strategy. If the judge seems biased, I know how to handle it.
