Police & Your Rights
If police come knocking, don’t go blindly. Always ask for a Section 41A CrPC notice. For cases like 498A, 406, or any offense with less than 7 years’ punishment, police can’t just arrest you. I’ll fight any illegal arrest, even with a contempt case if needed. Women, kids under 15, and seniors above 65 - you can’t be called to the station, police must come to you.
