Navigating the legal system requires a clear strategy and a steady hand. Here is a look at my approach to criminal defense and the work I do for my clients across Gurugram and beyond.

As a criminal defense advocate, my work begins here at my desk. This is where I analyze case files, FIRs, and evidence to build a strong defense strategy for my clients in the Gurugram courts and beyond.

This document marks a significant moment in my career, an appearance before the Supreme Court of India. I successfully argued for a notice to be issued in a complex Special Leave Petition concerning Section 50 of the NDPS Act.

I often participate in national television debates to provide legal perspective on prominent criminal cases. Here, I am discussing the legal nuances of a case, demonstrating my ability to articulate complex points under public scrutiny.

As part of a delegation of Nuh district lawyers, I met with Justice N.S. Shekhawat of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. We discussed key issues to improve the judicial infrastructure and processes in the Nuh district.

I firmly believe in the legal principle that 'Bail is the rule, Jail is the exception'. I actively participate in and promote discussions on the current trends in bail law to ensure personal liberty is protected.

A proud moment receiving the allotment letter for my chamber in the Gurgaon District & Sessions Court. This space serves as my base of operations for providing dedicated criminal trial representation.

Pictured outside the Lawyers' Chambers at the court complex. Every day presents a new opportunity to plant the seeds of justice for my clients, regardless of the charges they face.

When you are fighting for your liberty, you need more than just legal paperwork. I focus heavily on the bail process—regular and anticipatory—because I believe firmly that bail is the rule and jail is the exception. My chambers at the District Court in Gurugram are where we break down your FIR and map out the defense strategy before a single hearing takes place.
