I serve simple, healthy vegetarian food that tastes just like home. My daily rotating buffet includes dal, paneer, seasonal veggies, and hot rotis. Come eat as much as you like, just don't waste.

I start with fluffy steamed rice, a comforting dal, and our special Shahi Paneer. This is the base of a perfect thali at my unlimited buffet.

My buffet includes over 11 items, and almost everything is unlimited. You can have ten rotis or ten servings of Shahi Paneer, there are no extra charges. The only item served once is the sweet dish, which changes daily.

I believe in serving simple, ghar jaisa khana. My buffet isn't about fancy, heavy dishes but about clean flavours like this simple dal and fresh aloo methi that remind you of home.

A complete meal on one plate. This thali shows our homestyle aloo methi, paneer curry, dal, and noodles, served with hot tawa roti, papad, and fresh onions.

The menu changes daily to keep things interesting. One day you might find Dal Makhani, and the next it could be Dal Fry. The same goes for our paneer and seasonal vegetable dishes.

Our noodles are a surprise hit with everyone. They are a regular part of the buffet and customers of all ages tell me how much they enjoy them.

I love including special seasonal vegetables like these 'sukhe baingan' (dry eggplant). It's a simple dish but packed with an ultimate taste that customers find very delicious.

While our sandwiches are usually part of the breakfast menu, I sometimes prepare them on special request. They are made with a simple, light mayonnaise and grated vegetable filling.

A look at our buffet setup and the comfortable, well-coordinated seating at our I Thum Tower location. I want you to relax and enjoy your meal in a pleasant space.

Our Baingan Bharta is a smoky and flavorful dish that I often include in the buffet. It's a vegetarian delight that brings a unique taste to your plate.

About The Unlimited Thali: What's on the Menu?

I change my menu daily, so you get variety without the heavy oil found in regular restaurant food. Every meal includes a dal, a paneer curry, and a seasonal dry vegetable, all served with hot tawa rotis and rice. Just remember that while everything else is unlimited, the sweet dish is served once per person to help me keep the price fair for everyone.
