About High Tea and Lunch Catering
One 60-person catering order had paneer tarts, corn and spinach vol-au-vents and mini Korean buns. A separate 60-person lunch added veg biryani, parathas and paneer gravy alongside bakery savouries.
Bakery high tea
Mini Korean buns, corn-spinach buns and mini babka buns appear in our corporate high tea work. Savoury choices also include panini, mini burgers, hummus tarts and jalapeno cheese balls.
Celebration orders
A birthday catering dispatch included mini Biscoff and Pista Berliners, palak-corn-cheese vol-au-vents and paneer croissants. Another launch order for 50 people used Korean buns, walnut brownies, tiramisu slices and Biscoff cheesecake.
Menus are chosen for the event. Headcount, timing, dietary requests and delivery handover are confirmed per order. Lunch main courses are a separate menu discussion, not automatic high tea inclusions.
