About On the Training Ground
Our sessions are structured to get you match-ready, whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your game. Every two-hour session at Hippocampus or Prabhakar Arena follows a set routine: a 20-minute agility warm-up, 40 minutes of technical drills, and 60 minutes of full-match simulation. All training is led by AIFF D License certified coaches who focus on ball mastery and tactical awareness, ensuring every player walks off the pitch better than they started.
Football at Golden Eagles is not just about showing up, it is about the process. Over the last 17 years, we have refined our training to balance fitness with the beautiful game.
We train across key locations in Dombivli and Thane, including Hippocampus Turf and Prabhakar Sports Arena. We believe that consistent, structured practice is the only way to improve. That is why our subscriptions are built to provide access to 24 hours of activity every month, covering Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
What happens on the turf:
- Fitness & Agility: We work on the stamina required for 90 minutes of play.
- Tactical Awareness: Our coaches guide you through positioning and game strategy.
- Competitive Play: The 60-minute match simulation at the end of every session is where you put your training to the test.
We are Namma Janakulu, and we value the community as much as the sport.
