About this collection
We keep the book nook tucked away from the main trampoline area, so it’s actually quiet enough for your little one to sit and focus. It’s perfect when they’re overstimulated or just need a 20-minute wind-down, and honestly, it’s one of the few spots in the mall where you can get them to sit still for a while.
Why We Built It
We know play areas can be overwhelming. Sometimes the sensory input—the noise, the balls, the bouncing—gets to be a bit much, even for energetic toddlers. That’s why we carved out this specific space. It isn’t just a shelf of books; it’s a dedicated zone designed for decompression.
What’s on the Shelves
We don’t just stock random titles. We’ve curated our collection to bridge the gap between educational learning and pure fun:
- Toddlers (0-3 years): Heavy on board books, texture books, and classics like The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Dear Zoo. These are made for tiny hands and short attention spans.
- Preschoolers & Early Readers (4-6 years): We have a massive Peppa Pig collection, which is a huge hit, alongside The Gruffalo and Dr. Seuss titles that help build narrative skills.
- Older Kids (7+ years): For the more independent readers, we keep a selection of chapter books and slightly more complex stories like the Roald Dahl collection, keeping them engaged while younger siblings play.

The goal is simple: make reading as accessible and exciting as the ball pit. Whether it’s a quick story before your coffee break or an hour spent flipping through pages together, it’s all about creating a positive association with books. You’re welcome to pick up a book, find a comfy spot in the café, or help your child browse at their own pace.
