Villas & Private Gardens
Your home should breathe. Whether it is a weekend villa or a compact courtyard, we design spaces that invite the sun and breeze into your daily routine.
A contemporary villa in HSR Layout where the landscape design is clean and intentional. The strategic lighting and simple garden layout complement the modern architecture, creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere.
This villa design emphasizes simplicity, with the structure elevated to allow the garden to flow underneath. This approach creates a lighter footprint and integrates the home more deeply with its green surroundings.
A wider view of the contemporary villa, showing how the garden and driveway are designed as a cohesive part of the property. The choice of plants and trees provides privacy and a touch of nature from every window.
This 3D model showcases a villa concept for a weekend getaway. We used a mix of natural stone, wood paneling, and integrated planters on the balcony to create a home that feels both modern and rooted in nature.
The pergola at our Cloverfield project features a custom-designed roof that creates playful, shifting patterns of light and shadow. It's an outdoor space that feels like a room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
About Villas & Private Gardens
Notice the pergola in our Cloverfield project. That pattern of light and shadow changes throughout the day, turning a simple patio into a living room. We prioritize this kind of climate-responsive detail, ensuring your outdoor space feels like an extension of your home rather than just a decorative add-on.
For us, a garden is not a luxury. It is a fundamental part of the architecture. When we design for villas and private residences, we start by looking at how the sunlight hits your plot and how the breeze moves across it. Our process for your private sanctuary involves three distinct layers:
Hardscaping with Soul
We avoid sterile, high-maintenance materials. Instead, we use natural stone, tandoor, or kota, often laid with grass joints to allow the ground to breathe. Pergolas, like the one you see in our gallery, are built from mild steel or treated wood to frame the sky and create shifting patterns of light, giving you a shaded spot to sit even in the peak of the Bengaluru summer.
The Living Ecosystem
Plants are not just decoration. We use a three-layer planting system: ground cover, shrubbery, and specimen trees. We prioritize native varieties like Frangipani and Bamboo because they thrive in our local soil and support bird life. This approach transforms a plot into a functioning, low-maintenance ecosystem.
Water & Light
Every drop matters. Our garden designs often incorporate rainwater harvesting and concealed, automated drip irrigation to keep your greenery alive with minimal effort. We also use IP65-rated waterproof lighting, not just for safety, but to extend your living space into the night. Whether you want a lily pond or a simple green wall, our goal is to build a place where you can disconnect from the city and reconnect with the outdoors.
