Welcome to our 3-acre backyard. We designed GCBC to be a real break from the usual city rush, giving you four distinct moods across our property.
Find Your Zone
- The Flame Tree: This is where the energy is. It’s our live kitchen pavilion with wood-fired pizzas, tandoor specials, and that bustling vibe you want on a Friday night.
- The Silk Cotton Tree: If you need a breather, this is your spot. It’s our sushi garden, quiet and zen-like, perfect for when you want to hear yourself think.
- The Hoppery: The heart of the collective. This is where we brew our fresh craft beer. Come here if you want to be close to the source and see the magic happen.
- The Badminton Ball Tree: The sports arena. We set this up for big screens and bigger crowds. It’s the go-to space for match days or movie nights under the stars.

Our menu is a trip around the globe—think sushi, pho, pastas, and local Bangalore favorites. If you’re feeling indecisive, try something from our 'Dopamine Menu' for a quick mood boost. Don't leave without trying our Hunasehannu Manhattan, which uses local tamarind for a nice twist.

We are proud to be a truly pet-friendly space. While we have plenty of open garden areas for your dogs to stretch their legs (leash rules apply), we also have a dedicated pet menu.
