Furry Affair is more than a business. We open our doors to rescued dogs who need a safe place to heal, grow, and find the love they deserve.
When this little one first came to us, she was so scared and confused. Now, she has become the confident 'don' of the group. It's amazing what a little love, patience, and a safe space can do for a rescue dog.
A part of our boarding facility is converted into a shelter space. Here, we take care of the little ones who don't have a home, and work with foster parents to find them loving families.
This is Ruby. She came to me blind, weak, and abandoned. I couldn't just let her go, so I adopted her into my family. Taking care of her is a reminder of why I do this. It's all about love, and your support helps me care for special souls like her.
About Our Heart's Work: Rescue & Shelter
Every rescued dog here shares the same open spaces, fresh meals, and affection as our boarding guests. When you choose to board your pet with us in Bhondsi, you are directly contributing to the daily food, essential medical care, and specialized attention these resilient souls need while they wait for their forever families.
My journey with rescue work started with a simple realization: I couldn't stop myself from helping the ones who had no one else. When Ruby, a blind and abandoned Lab, came into my life, she changed everything. She taught me that healing isn't just about food or shelter, but about being part of a pack and feeling safe enough to run again.
Life in the Shelter
A dedicated part of our facility serves as a sanctuary for these little ones. Some are old, some are injured, and others are just finding their confidence after being abandoned. We do not keep them in cages. Instead, they integrate into our daily routine—morning playtimes, afternoon naps in the cabins, and plenty of socialization with our boarders.

I started this because I couldn't bear the thought of any dog missing out on the joy of running free. Every dog here, whether they are a boarder or a rescue, is family to me, and my days are filled with their barks, wags, and endless love.
