About this collection
Our coaches aren't just here to teach gymnastics moves, they're here to build confidence. Whether it's helping a tiny tot with their first cartwheel or spotting a teen nailing a complex Ninja Force obstacle, you'll find them right there in the foam pit, cheering louder than anyone else.
Our coaching staff in Richmond is built on a foundation of safety and fun. Every instructor is USA-Gymnastics trained, ensuring that your child receives high-quality guidance in a secure, climate-controlled environment. We maintain an 8:1 student-to-coach ratio to give every child the attention they need to progress safely.
We understand that gymnastics is a journey. Our instructors don't just focus on the final move. They track progress through levels 1 to 3, helping students build strength, agility, and aerial awareness step by step. If a child makes a mistake or struggles with a maneuver, our coaches are right there to offer encouragement and help them try again without pressure.
Beyond technical training, our team is known for the high-energy, family-like atmosphere we create. From our Ninja Force trainers who guide kids through obstacle courses to our tumbling specialists who spot aerial stunts, everyone here is dedicated to making movement a blast. We truly believe that when kids have fun, they learn faster and stay motivated.
