What a weekend! Our Optional Men's team had HUGE success at Western Nationals, with two athletes becoming National Champions. Here they are on the podium.

About Our Champion Boys Teams
Our competitive program is built for boys who want to master their own movement. We follow the USA Gymnastics curriculum, emphasizing explosive strength, precise biomechanics, and mental toughness. Unlike casual classes, this track demands consistency, but our coaches ensure every athlete develops the technique to compete safely at state and national levels.
We take pride in the strength and discipline our boys display on the pommel horse, parallel bars, and rings. Our training environment is designed for progression, utilizing full size foam pits, a large spring floor, and the Tumble Trak to help athletes safely master advanced skills.
Training Philosophy
Compulsory level athletes focus on foundational strength and strict form. As they advance to optional levels, our coaches shift to individualized routine construction, preparing them for the rigors of state, regional, and national meets.

- Is this for beginners? We offer a pathway for boys of all levels. While this cluster showcases our competitive team, we start with foundational strength classes for those new to the sport.
- What about safety? Every session includes a warm up and cooldown. We use specific spotting techniques and high quality foam pits to ensure that challenging movements like back handsprings or giant swings are performed safely.
