Forget stiff poses and awkward camera angles. We head to the quietest corners of Mumbai—from sun-drenched gardens to wooded paths—to capture you two exactly as you are. Whether it is a cozy picnic for two or an intimate walk, let's turn your day out into a story.

A quiet moment of reflection for the couple in a beautiful forest setting. The tall trees create a sense of intimacy and seclusion.

About Enchanted Escapes: Nature & Picnic Shoots

Most of these sessions last about 4–5 hours, and we time them specifically to catch the Golden Hour. That late afternoon light creates the soft, glowing mood you see in these images. Don't worry about 'what to do' or how to pose; I pick the location, we find a quiet spot, and we just talk and laugh while I handle the angles. It is less of a shoot and more of a relaxed day out.

Your Day, Captured Naturally

When you step away from the city noise and into a forest or a garden, the pressure to 'perform' for the camera usually disappears. My goal with these nature and picnic sessions is to let that happen.

We start with the location. Whether it's the outskirts near Manori or a hidden garden pocket in the suburbs, I look for spots that offer natural framing—think banyan roots, high grass, or tree-lined paths. These elements naturally frame you without needing elaborate props.

How We Work

  • The Picnic Concept: We use the picnic setup as an anchor. Having a book, a basket, or just sitting on a blanket gives you something to do with your hands. It stops the 'what do I do with my hands' anxiety immediately.
  • Golden Hour Focus: The light is everything. I schedule our shoots to end around sunset. This gives us that beautiful, golden skin tone and soft depth that looks cinematic without needing heavy studio lighting.
  • No Stiff Poses: You will see a lot of movement in my work—walking, laughing, looking at each other rather than the lens. If you are camera-shy, this is the best way to start.

Practical Details

I provide 30-40 retouched, high-resolution images from our natural sessions. You get roughly 150-200 raw files to keep as memories. Since we are shooting outdoors in Mumbai, I always recommend carrying a comfortable pair of footwear for walking between spots and keeping your outfit choices breathable.

If you have a specific location in mind, let me know. I am always happy to explore new green spaces where we can make magic together.

I’m Atesh. For me, photography isn't about setting up a tripod and telling you to smile. It’s about chasing the light in places like Manori or a quiet garden and catching those moments when you aren't looking at the lens. I love keeping things real, so if you are nervous about being in front of a camera, just trust me—we will have a good time.
