Stop walking, start running. We don’t do casual here. This is high-intensity conditioning designed to turn serious players into league-ready athletes.
This is the intensity I expect on my pitch. Move. Faster. I am here to push you past your limits. We focus on keeping the ball close and staying in control, even when you are tired.
Listen. No chit-chat, just football. Here, I am pushing the younger players on their footwork and movement. If you are walking on my pitch, you are not working hard enough.
Ball control is everything. Here you see our players working on close-contact dribbling drills. Every player gets a ball, and we work on repetition until the movement is second nature.
We start every session with conditioning and dynamic warm-ups. This prepares the body for intense work and prevents injuries. Here the team is getting ready for the KSFA Youth Premier League.

About The Grind: High-Intensity Training
On my pitch, walking is not allowed. If you are here to stand around, you are in the wrong place. We focus on continuous movement, conditioning drills that leave you breathless, and rapid-fire ball control. Expect to be pushed; I want players who are ready for the speed of league-level competition, not casual weekend hobbyists.
No Shortcuts to Professional Football
I built this program because I got tired of seeing players with 'potential' who lacked discipline. In professional football, talent without intensity is useless. Here is what you get when you sign up for these sessions:
- Conditioning that matters: We don't just run laps. We do high-intensity interval training, agility ladder drills, and shuttle runs that simulate the real demands of a 90-minute match.
- Technical mastery: Every drill is repetitive. We work on dribbling, toe taps, and passing until it is muscle memory. If you cannot control the ball under pressure, you cannot play for my team.
- Match-realistic scenarios: We run 7-a-side scrimmage games to force tactical thinking. You have to learn positioning, defensive lines, and offside traps while you are tired. That is when real game intelligence shows.
The Pathway to Leagues
We train at facilities like the Machaxi Fiton Sports Centre in Gottigere and our JP Nagar base. But training is just the baseline. My primary goal is to get you into the BDFA and KSFA leagues. When scouts from top clubs come to watch, they are not looking for someone who can look good in practice; they are looking for someone who can perform under fire. If you put in the work in these sessions, you get the opportunity to trial for our competitive squads. If you are U-17 or U-21 and serious about a career, this is the environment you need.
