Football Training in Action
See how our players build fundamental skills on the turf. We focus on real ball mastery and agility drills to help every student grow from the basics to competitive match play.
Agility and speed are crucial on the field. Here, a young athlete performs hurdle jumps, a key exercise in our training regimen designed to improve footwork, coordination, and explosive power for youth football players.

We champion girls in football, providing a supportive environment for them to excel. This photo shows one of our dedicated female players skillfully maneuvering the ball, demonstrating the technical proficiency we cultivate in our academy.
Mastering ball control is the first step to becoming a great player. This young footballer is captured practicing his dribbling, a foundational skill we emphasize in our grassroots football coaching program.
Confidence on the ball is built through consistent practice. This young player demonstrates focus and proper technique as he prepares to make his next move during a training session at our football academy.
About Football Training in Action
When you see our players on the field, you are watching more than just practice. We maintain a group size of approximately 15 to 20 students per coach, ensuring your child gets individual attention during every drill. Whether it is mastering ball control or stance correction, our AIFF and AFC licensed coaches focus on the technical details that actually matter in a match.
How We Train
Our approach is built on structured progression. Whether your child is joining our Grassroots Multi-Sport program or training for the Elite Football Development pathway, the focus remains on physical literacy and confidence. We avoid empty drills, preferring small-sided games and specific exercises that mimic real match scenarios.
Why Licensed Coaches Matter
Every session at our academy is led by AIFF or AFC licensed coaches. This is not just a credential. It means our staff knows how to identify a player's natural strengths and provide the right feedback to correct their form early. Proper stance, correct footwork, and tactical awareness are the foundation of a player's journey from grassroots to glory.
The Ulwe Training Experience
At our new Ulwe center, we provide a fresh environment designed for youth development. The space is equipped with modern training aids like cones, hurdles, and bibs to keep engagement high. We also prioritize safety, with basic accident insurance coverage included for all training hours.
Getting Started
If you are new to the FSI family, the process is simple. We start with a one-time registration that includes your official training kit and database entry. From there, your child is placed into a batch that matches their age and skill level. We believe in transparency, so we offer quarterly verbal feedback on physical literacy, keeping you updated on your child’s progress on and off the ball.
