About Meet Our AIFF Licensed Coaches
Instead of just shouting instructions from the sidelines, our coaches step onto the pitch to demonstrate drills themselves. Whether it’s breaking down a complex 1v1 battle or fixing a player's first touch, they show the kids exactly how to execute the move, making sure every 75-minute session is about active learning.
At FANM, we don't believe in random drills. Every session is planned by AIFF licensed coaches who understand that a 4-year-old needs a different approach than a 15-year-old aspiring competitive player.

- Dilip Manoharan: With his background at Mohun Bagan FC and a C-License, he brings the discipline and high standards of professional club football.
- Shubham & Ashutosh: They drive our tactical sessions, teaching kids to value possession-based football rather than just kicking the ball away.
- Rahul & Abhinay: They focus on the grassroots, ensuring that the younger age groups fall in love with the game first, building confidence before we ramp up the technical intensity.

This means your child gets consistent, safe, and age-appropriate progression in ball mastery, agility, and tactical positioning. We don't coach in silos; we have a collaborative approach where our coaches meet regularly to discuss player development, ensuring that if a kid is struggling with their passing, the entire team knows how to help them fix it. Whether we are training in Nerul, Koparkhairane, or Kalamboli, the quality of instruction remains the same.
