About this collection

During rituals like the Varmala or the exchange of vows, our team relies on a multi-camera setup to ensure we capture the action from various angles simultaneously. We position ourselves to document the ceremony as it unfolds, ensuring you get the candid exchanges and genuine emotions without feeling like a camera is constantly in your personal space.

Your wedding ceremony is the culmination of months of planning and anticipation. It is the moment where the real story happens, and we treat it with that level of respect. Our approach to ritual photography is rooted in discretion. We do not stop the flow of your traditions to set up shots or rearrange people. Instead, we use a mix of candid photography and cinematic videography to record the atmosphere.

Our Technical Approach to Ceremonies

For large-scale events at palaces or resorts, our 6-12 person teams use a headset-coordinated system. This allows our cinematographers and photographers to move around the mandap or the altar without crossing paths or blocking your guests' view. We use gimbals for smooth movement and zoom lenses that allow us to stay at a distance while capturing tight, intimate details like the joining of hands, the laughter during the Pheras, or the look in your eyes during the Varmala.

Covering Diverse Rituals

We have documented a wide range of ceremonies, from traditional Hindu weddings to cross-cultural unions and Christian receptions. Each tradition has its own rhythm. We understand the significance of specific elements, whether it is the fire of the Agni or the exchange of rings. We ensure our team is familiar with the flow of your specific ceremony beforehand, so we know exactly when to be ready for the significant moments.

Post-Ceremony Preservation

Once the rituals conclude, we focus on the aftermath. This includes the immediate reactions of your family and the candid portraits you share with your partner right after the final vows are exchanged. Our goal is to provide a complete visual record that feels as real as the day itself, free from artificial staging.

We have spent a decade refining the art of being invisible. We do not stage your rituals because we believe the real magic happens when you are not looking at the camera.
