Behind the Scenes of My Action Training
Real action isn't just movie magic—it's sweat, drills, and the occasional bruise. Here is a raw look at my training grind and the prep work that goes into every shot.
Do what is right, not what is easy. A clip from my practice days, working on boxing and kickboxing drills with a trainer. This shows the core of my training regimen.
Sit with warriors. The conversation is different. A powerful shot of me in the boxing ring, gloved up and focused. This captures the mental preparation and intensity of a fighter.
I was born with something inside me that refuses to settle for average. A solo training session in the gym, practicing kicks and movements. This shows my personal drive and commitment.
A monitor shot from a TVC shoot for a sattu drink. This gives a real behind the scenes look at what it's like on a professional set, showing the final image on the director's screen.
Another powerful portrait from the TVC shoot. This close-up shot captures the intensity and focus required when performing for the camera.
My face almost got smashed! A raw, behind the scenes moment from a takedown practice where things got a little too real. It shows the risks and the trust involved in training.
Just liked the jibe. A synchronized training drill with a partner, showing our coordination and energy as we practice our moves together.
About this collection
What you see on screen is the polished result, but behind it lies hours of choreography blocking and safety drills. I don't just show up to jump; I spend time rehearsing falls and timing with partners to make sure every take is safe and looks explosive.
The glamour of an action shoot is real, but it is built on a foundation of discipline. Whether we are designing a gritty street brawl or a stylized cinematic sequence, the work begins long before the cameras roll. I focus heavily on pre-visualization, where we test the movement on phones first. This helps directors see the rhythm and flow, and more importantly, it allows us to map out safety zones for actors and stunt doubles.
Stunt work in Delhi can be unpredictable, from hard concrete floors in parks to tight indoor sets. I bring my own injury prevention protocols—taping wrists and ankles is non-negotiable, and I ensure the team is warmed up to prevent avoidable tears. My MMA background means I do not just choreograph moves; I choreograph mechanics that make sense. I teach actors how to throw punches that look powerful without landing them, and how to take a fall without getting hurt. If you need an action performer or a coordinator who understands that safety is the first rule of the fight, let us talk.
