Stop treating your body like a dustbin. I combine serious strength training with Ayurvedic principles to fix your digestion, energy, and sleep from the inside out.

My approach is backed by knowledge. This certificate in 'Fitness & Sports Nutrition - Ayurvedic Approach' allows me to create unique, personalized diet plans that merge the best of modern science with timeless wellness principles for holistic health.

One of the first tips I give my nutrition clients is to finish their last meal before 7 pm. This simple change aligns with your body's natural Ayurvedic clock, or 'dosha' cycles, leading to significant improvements in digestion and sleep.

According to Ayurveda, your digestive fire, or 'Agni', is strongest during the day between 10 AM and 2 PM. Eating your largest meals during this window ensures better digestion and nutrient absorption, preventing the formation of toxins, or 'ama'.

After sunset, the body enters 'Kapha' time, which is slow and heavy. Eating late at night during this period slows down your metabolism, which can lead to sluggishness, incomplete digestion, and promotes fat storage.

Your body is designed to rest and detoxify at night, not digest a heavy meal. Late-night eating disrupts this natural process, which can lead to poor sleep quality, acid reflux, and a feeling of heaviness when you wake up.

The benefits of aligning your eating schedule with Ayurvedic principles are immense. My clients report better weight management, improved skin and sleep, and a significant reduction in issues like bloating, constipation, and acidity.

Ever wonder why so many people feel sick and tired? A big part of the answer lies in what we eat. Our supermarkets are filled with processed foods that harm our bodies. I guide you toward making food choices that nourish you.

This image says it all. You can eat for temporary taste and pleasure, or you can eat for the health and strength of your body. I help you make the shift to fuel your body for performance and longevity.

This is a core truth of my coaching philosophy. The hard work you do in the gym builds the muscle, but it's your nutrition that strips away the fat and makes that hard work visible. You can't out-train a bad diet.

This is a fundamental truth I live by and teach my clients. Your food should be your medicine. If you don't eat to nourish your body now, you'll be forced to take medicine later to manage the consequences.

About Ayurveda for Modern Fitness

Most people count macros but ignore their gut health, which is a mistake. I help you align your eating windows with your body's natural 'Agni' (digestive fire), which does more for your fat loss and energy levels than any fancy supplement ever will.
