The Story Behind Our Home Interior Journey

Back in 2014, I was cleaning houses for a living, literally scrubbing floors and bathrooms. I did not have capital or big connections, just a vision to change how people in cities like Agra and Noida perceive home decor. That tiny ₹4,000 rented shop in Kamla Nagar became the foundation for the F&I Dekor team that serves over 100 families today.

My journey did not start with fancy showrooms. It started on my 2012 model Splendor bike, carrying catalogs to doorsteps because I had no leads. When I first saw PVC panels in Panipat, I knew this was the solution for the damp walls I used to see in the homes I cleaned. I scraped together every rupee, even pawning my wedding ring to keep the dream alive.

Today, we have grown from that single 10x20 shop to branches in Agra, Noida, Etah, Etawah, and Shikohabad. But the core philosophy has not changed. I personally train our team, including our specialist craftsmen, to ensure every installation—whether it is a simple PVC panel or a high-end 3D PU stone wall—is done with the same care I put into my first job.
