From vibrant salads to savory comfort plates, this is a look at the variety I capture across different cuisines and restaurant styles.

A bowl of delicious garlic prawns from Azule, Goa. The bright, natural light gives it a fresh, beach-side feel.

A small plate of Goan sausage chili with poi bread. A perfect appetizer shot that highlights a local specialty.

A large, healthy salad bowl with fresh avocado, chickpeas, and feta. This shot is vibrant and full of texture.

Creative canapés served on a bed of green lentils. The unique presentation makes this dish stand out.

Crispy chicken wings paired with a cocktail. A classic bar food shot with a lifestyle element.

A sizzling skillet of pepperoni dip with garlic bread. This is pure comfort food, shot to look cheesy and irresistible.

A close-up of butter garlic prawns, fresh from the kitchen. The dark, textured surface makes the prawns pop.

A macro shot of the butter garlic prawns, focusing on the glistening sauce and herbs.

A trio of delicious-looking iced coffees from Bom Dia. This shot showcases the variety on their coffee menu.

An orange-infused iced coffee, a refreshing and unique beverage option.

About Additional Work

Shooting a diverse menu means constantly switching my lighting setups to match the specific vibe of the dish. Whether it is a bright, sun-drenched salad or a rich, dark-toned comfort dish, I adjust my gear on the fly to capture the unique texture that makes that ingredient craveable.

My approach to a diverse menu is all about adaptation. When I walk into a kitchen or a restaurant, I do not just set up a tripod and start clicking. I look at the dish and ask: what is the story here?

For a light, fresh bowl like a salad, I lean into natural window light to make the colors pop and the greens look crisp. When I shoot something heavy, like a cheesy skillet or a savory main course, I switch to a more controlled, moody lighting setup that emphasizes the warmth, the steam, and the rich textures of the ingredients.

This variety in my portfolio comes from working with different types of businesses—from beach-side spots in Goa to high-energy city cafes in Mumbai.

My Process

  • Pre-Shoot Sync: We chat briefly about your menu and the hero dishes you want to highlight.
  • Styling: I use a mix of your restaurant's inventory and my own styling kit (tweezers, brushes, and backdrops) to ensure every plate is ready for the lens.
  • Real-Time Approval: I tether my camera to a tablet so you can see the images exactly as they look in real-time. No surprises, just the shots you need.

Whether you need professional food styling for a new seasonal menu, high-resolution food images for Zomato/Swiggy, or general culinary content creation, I keep the process simple. I handle the gear and the styling, so you can focus on the food.
