Because our main estate is a blank canvas, you have the flexibility to bring in your preferred catering and decor teams. We provide the expansive, greenery-filled space, the service kitchen infrastructure, and the private villa, but the seating and styling are entirely up to your vision.

We built the main Farmhouse Collective venue for those who need room to breathe. When you host with us, you are not locked into a generic package. Instead, you get an expansive open lawn and a central courtyard that serves as a neutral, natural backdrop for your specific event theme.

- Capacity: The space is designed to handle up to 300 seated or 350 floating guests comfortably.
- Private Villa: Your rental includes exclusive access to our 2-Bedroom AC villa. It serves as an ideal bridal suite or a family prep area throughout your event.
- Infrastructure: We handle the heavy lifting. You get access to two separate service kitchens, ensuring your catering team has the room they need. We also provide a backup generator to keep things running smoothly.
- Parking: We have dedicated space for 80-90 cars, so your guests do not have to worry about finding parking in the city.
Practical Details
Since this is a rental-only facility, furniture, decor, and catering are not included. This allows you to scale your budget and styling exactly how you want. We are also 100% pet-friendly, so your furry family members can be part of the celebration.
