My holiday kits are designed to let you skip the kitchen stress and get straight to the decorating. I bake the bases—whether it is my Nordic cottage cake or the PYO sugar cookies—and pack the icing, tools, and instructions, so your only job is to have fun with your family or friends.
I started creating these kits because I know how much people love the idea of baking together, but often want to avoid the mess of flour and hot ovens.
My Christmas Cottage kits have become a favourite for many. It is a dense, flavourful sponge cake baked in a Nordic Ware pan that serves as the perfect blank canvas for your design. I include structural icing and candies, so no assembly is required—just open the box and start decorating.
For smaller activities, such as return gifts or group events, my Paint-Your-Own (PYO) cookies work perfectly. These are hard-iced sugar cookies with edible paint palettes attached. You just add a tiny drop of water to the brush, and you can paint your masterpiece right on the cookie. Since these are lightweight, I can ship them anywhere in India.
If you are looking for something more interactive, my smashable chocolate eggs are a hit. They consist of a large hollow chocolate shell filled with brownie chunks and cookies, ready to be broken open with the included wooden mallet. While I deliver the larger cake kits and decorating boxes throughout Bengaluru, the PYO cookie kits are available for shipping nationwide.
