About Our Process: From Concept to Installation
When we install, we don't just screw panels into place. We account for the fact that most walls in Delhi homes aren't perfectly square. We use laser-leveling to adjust the carcass, ensuring your shutters close seamlessly and don't sag over time. It is this hidden, technical work that makes the luxury finish possible.
How We Build Your Storage
Getting a custom wardrobe right is 20% design and 80% execution. Because we use our proprietary M-Core material, our installation process differs from standard carpentry. We aren't just cutting wood on-site; we are assembling a precision-engineered system.
1. The Planning Phase
Before a single screw is turned, we map your daily routine. We look at your height, reach, and what you actually store. Are you hanging long dresses or stacking folded jeans? This phase dictates the drawer configuration and hardware selection, whether you need soft-close hinges from Hettich or a full motion-sensor setup.
2. Material Prep
We don't bring raw sheets to your home. Every M-Core panel is cut, edge-banded, and pre-drilled at our facility. By the time we arrive at your site, the 'messy' work is done. This reduces dust and noise in your living space and ensures that every piece fits together with millimetric precision.
3. The Installation
This is where the difference becomes visible. We install using an anchor-and-level system. Because M-Core is denser than standard plywood, it requires specific heavy-duty mounting. We calibrate the frame to handle the weight of glass shutters and leather cladding without bowing or misalignment.
4. The Final Polish
We verify the alignment of every shutter, check the travel of every drawer channel, and calibrate the LED profiles. Our goal is to leave you with a space that doesn't just look finished, but functions silently and smoothly from day one.
