About Dynamic Training Sessions
Our sessions are structured around a tight 1:12 coach-to-student ratio, ensuring your child gets individual attention whether we are working on dribbling mechanics or match-day strategy. We rotate between Astro Arena's turf and natural grass fields, giving players the versatility to adapt their ball control, passing weight, and speed to different playing surfaces.
At F12, we believe the best way to learn is by doing. That is why our training is never just about running laps. We focus on creative, attacking football, where kids learn to keep possession and make decisions under pressure.
Each session follows a deliberate rhythm. We start with agility warm-ups, move into focused cone-work to build technical basics, and finish with small-sided 5v5 matches where players can apply what they just learned. Our coaches are all licensed, using methods inspired by top European programs to break down complex moves into manageable steps for young players. We do not just teach them how to kick; we teach them the 'why' behind their movement.
Training on different surfaces—Astro Arena's turf in Marathahalli and natural grass in Koramangala—is intentional. It forces players to adjust their footwork, which is crucial for overall athletic development. Finally, we never skip recovery. We wrap up with cool-down stretches to prevent injuries and teach players that taking care of their bodies is just as important as scoring goals.
