About Training at the Academy
You will notice that every session is recorded on video. We use this footage to show you exactly where your stance or grip needs correction, which helps you fix bad habits much faster than just listening to instructions.
When you train at our academy in Sushant Lok-1, you are joining a disciplined environment. We use ITTF-approved STAG tables and air purifiers to ensure your focus stays entirely on the game. Our curriculum is built for progression, whether you are picking up a paddle for the first time or training for a state tournament.
We break down training into three core pillars: technique, physical conditioning, and tactical analysis. Every movement, from your footwork to your backhand flick, is broken down to ensure efficiency. For our competitive squad, this includes high-intensity multi-ball drills and live match simulations that mimic the pressure of a real tournament.
