I see events as living landscapes. Here, an aerial view reveals the sheer scale and meticulous symmetry of a 4,000-guest wedding inspired by the Mysore Palace, where every path and structure was designed to create a grand, immersive experience.
A moment of pure celebration as fireworks illuminate the sky above our custom-built 'Shahi Jharokha' stage. My goal is to frame these timeless memories with architectural grandeur and explosive joy, creating a truly unforgettable spectacle.
This is a glimpse into the 'Pakeezah Sufi' world I crafted. The entire ballroom was transformed into an opulent durbar with custom-printed ceilings, cascading chandeliers, and rich velvet seating, creating an atmosphere of spiritual and aesthetic abundance.
Romance built on history. For this 'Lost City' themed event, I constructed a grand Roman bridge over a water body, providing a dramatic and unforgettable setting for the couple's ring ceremony, surrounded by mist and ancient wonder.
An entrance should be a portal to another world. For this 'Bora Bora' themed celebration, I designed a striking circular wooden gateway, immediately immersing guests in a tropical paradise and setting the stage for the exotic experience within.
My work also embraces softer, romantic narratives. This 'Mint to Be' event showcases a fairytale garden aesthetic, with a custom-printed pastel canopy, plush pink seating, and a stage that feels both whimsical and elegant.
Art is at the heart of my designs. For a vibrant Mexican-themed event, I created a stunning ceiling installation featuring the iconic face of Frida Kahlo, transforming the space into a living canvas of color, passion, and creativity.
Modern luxury defined by light and structure. I designed this pre-wedding event within a magnificent glasshouse, using a bold checkered floor, dozens of crystal chandeliers, and dramatic floral arrangements to create a chic and unforgettable atmosphere.
A view inside our recreation of the Mysore Palace's Durbar Hall. The hand-crafted hexagonal ceiling with stained glass motifs, turquoise pillars, and gilded arches were all meticulously designed to transport guests into a world of Indo-Saracenic royal splendor.
Amidst the grandeur, the soul of the event is in the human connection. This portrait from a Nikah ceremony captures the serene and profound bond between the couple, framed by the simple elegance of Mughal-inspired arches and soft, ethereal light.

About Experiential Event Design & Production

I see every event as a living memory in the making, not just a gathering. My thing is building worlds - palatial spaces, yes, but also something that feels sacred and personal. The whole vibe? Grandeur with a soul.

Why I Do What I Do

There’s always a deeper meaning for me. I want every celebration to feel ‘pakeezah’ (pure), where the ‘zeenat’ (beauty) and ‘hifazat’ (sanctity) are woven into everything - from the tallest pillars to the tiniest jasmine petals. Every detail is part of the main kahani (story).

How I Build New Worlds

I love transforming huge, empty venues into something out of a dream. I’m big on immersive event environments. Some of my favorites:

  • Turning 100,000 sq. ft. in Ludhiana into a Roman-Indian fantasy, with actual bridges and caves.
  • Recreating the Mysore Palace’s Durbar Hall in Karnal, complete with arches and gold everywhere.
  • Blending Rajasthani palace vibes into a hillside, using the real landscape.

Themes can go from Sufi courts with velvet deewans to full-on Tiki islands or fairytale pastel romance. If your idea is wild, I’m happy.

What Sets My Work Apart

It’s all about custom event installations and thematic event architecture. I build massive stages, palace facades, 200-foot aisles – the works. Lighting, chandeliers, projection mapping, velvet fabrics, and florals – I’m obsessed with the details, but never lose sight of the emotion.

My belief: scale is nothing without heart. Even if I’m working with thousands of guests, the experience should feel intimate and real. That’s what I promise.

My Story

We’re Evolve Weddings. We don’t just set up a venue, we build a story. Our vibe? Think Mysore Palace, Sufi courts, Meenakshi Mandir - places that have heart, not just looks. Every project gets a name, a soul, and we go deep, from hand-making stained glass ceilings to tossing haldi and chillies in the flowers for hifazat (protection). It’s all about mixing devotion with design, so every corner feels like a verse in your own poem.
