About Kids' Character & Themed Birthdays
When selecting a theme, I find that pairing a custom printed flex backdrop with an organic balloon garland creates the most impact for photos. I handle everything from the marquee numbers to the specific character cutouts, ensuring the colors of the balloons match your chosen theme exactly. If you are working with a smaller room or a specific corner at home, I adjust the arch size to make sure the space looks full without feeling cluttered.
For kids' birthday parties, the devil is in the details. Whether you are hosting at home in Gurgaon or at a larger banquet hall in Delhi, I ensure the decor is sturdy and visually balanced.
How I Build Your Theme
- Backdrops: I use 6ft circular or rectangular backdrops with high-quality prints featuring your child's favorite characters, like Disney Princesses, Avengers, or cartoon favorites such as Cocomelon and Boss Baby.
- Balloon Art: I create organic garlands using a mix of matte and chrome balloons to add depth. These are installed using non-damaging tape, keeping your walls safe.
- Props & Lighting: I bring along marquee numbers for the age and neon signs to give the setup that extra pop, especially for evening events.
Practical Planning
- Setup Time: Most character-themed setups take me about 90 to 120 minutes to assemble. Please ensure I have access to the venue at least two hours before your guests arrive.
- Customization: If your child loves a specific show or game not listed in my standard packages, send me a reference image. I can almost always source the specific cutouts or custom flex banners needed to match it.
- Same-Day Requests: While advanced booking is better, I do handle last-minute requests across Delhi NCR. If you have an urgent requirement, just message me the location and the date so I can check my schedule.
