About The Art of 'Rasadrishta'
We created Rasadrishta to bridge the gap between traditional storytelling and modern stage dynamics. Every performance you see here, from the raw intensity of 'Raudra' to the grace of 'Shringara', was conceptualized in our Whitefield studio with a specific focus on Abhinaya (facial expression) and technical precision. We don't just teach steps, we train our dancers to embody these emotions, turning every stage show into a narrative dialogue with the audience.
The Concept of Rasadrishta
At Etram, we believe dance is the ultimate storyteller. Rasadrishta is our deep dive into the Navarasas, the ancient concept of nine emotions that shape our human experience. It is not a standard recital. We blend the discipline of Bharatanatyam and other classical forms with the fluid freedom of contemporary dance to create something that resonates with modern viewers.

When we take a show like this to venues such as Medai in Koramangala, we manage every detail from the ground up:
