This was a complete setup for a Women's Day event at an SBI office. I handled everything from the main stage and seating arrangement with purple and white fabric covers to a custom branded photo booth. The balloon arch in the company's theme colors created a perfect spot for employees to take pictures.
For this corporate Christmas celebration, I created an immersive ceiling canopy using thousands of fairy lights. The space was further decorated with hanging stars, snowman figures, and candy cane ornaments to bring a warm and festive holiday feel to the office party.
I decorated this entire office floor for a Diwali celebration. The project included balloon pillars at the entrance, small balloon clusters on workstations, and a unique decorated umbrella hanging from the ceiling to add a pop of color throughout the open-plan workspace.

How We Manage Logistics
I understand that your space is an office first. My team arrives with ladders and equipment, sets everything up, and clears out completely before your staff logs in for the day. If I am using chair covers or floor mats, I ensure they are securely placed to prevent any tripping hazards. For larger jobs, I coordinate with your admin or security team to handle site access, especially if we are working on weekends or late at night. You do not need to manage the setup; I take care of the dismantling the next day as well.
