Corporate Event Decor and Brand Activations
A showcase of my work transforming standard corporate offices and product launches into engaging, high-impact brand experiences.
I believe in creating immersive experiences, and this Diwali office transformation is a perfect example. The reception area was turned into a festive wonderland with traditional marigold garlands, intricate hanging lanterns, and a modern "Happy Diwali" neon sign, setting a warm and welcoming tone for employees and visitors.
For the launch of Indri Single Malt's "House of the Dragon" edition, I created a "Feast of Fire & Smoke." The event featured dramatic, moody decor with themed banners, long tables set with candelabras, and even a custom Iron Throne photo booth to create a truly immersive brand activation that guests would remember.
Taking celebrations to the streets, I organized this grand Christmas event in a busy marketplace. The centerpiece was a massive, beautifully lit Christmas tree, complemented by a live parade featuring Santa, drummers, and performers, creating a festive spectacle that drew crowds and spread holiday cheer.
A successful brand launch needs a strong visual identity. For Sera Natural, I designed this clean and impactful checkerboard photo backdrop. It prominently features the brand's logo, creating a professional and highly shareable background for influencers and guests at the launch event.
This corporate Diwali photo corner combines modern and traditional elements. A custom backdrop featuring a city skyline is paired with a vibrant, handcrafted rangoli and ornate Rajasthani umbrellas, creating a unique and beautiful spot for employees to capture festive memories.
Entertainment is key to a lively event. This video captures the energy of a Christmas parade I organized, complete with Santa Claus and a marching band. It's a service that goes beyond decor to create dynamic experiences that engage and delight attendees in a public space.
Photo booths are a must have for any celebration. I designed this whimsical Christmas photo corner using a combination of balloon art to create candy canes and ornaments, custom-cut trees, and a bold red backdrop. It’s a fun, festive, and perfectly Instagrammable addition to any corporate holiday party.
It was a pleasure to bring the festive spirit of Diwali to the Google office. This project involved decorating the space with traditional hangings, creating a beautiful peacock rangoli, and ensuring every corner of the office reflected the joy of the festival for the team.
About Featured
I don't just decorate; I build environments. When I work with corporate clients like Google or Meta, the goal is to get employees or customers to stop scrolling and actually look up. That means installing custom neon signage for Diwali, creating photo-worthy 3D props for product launches, or managing live parades right in the office lobby, all while working quietly before your team even clocks in for the day.
Transforming Corporate Spaces
Every event I take on is an opportunity to show what a brand stands for. A corporate event shouldn't feel like a standard meeting in a different room; it should be an experience. Whether I am handling a full-scale office transformation for Diwali or setting up a rugged 'Feast of Fire & Smoke' theme for a whiskey launch, I focus on the details that grab attention.
What I bring to your office or venue:
- Festive Office Decor: From traditional marigold rangolis and hanging lanterns to modern 'Happy Diwali' neon setups. I handle the logistics, so your HR team doesn't have to worry about cleaning up or sourcing materials.
- Experiential Brand Activations: I specialize in photo-ready installations. For beauty and liquor brands, I have designed everything from sequin walls to custom Iron Throne props that encourage guests to share content on social media.
- Outdoor Carnivals & Parades: If you have the lawn space, I bring the energy. I organize the live entertainers, the branded stall facades, and the lighting setups needed to turn a standard corporate day into a festival.
The Process
My team and I work in the background. We handle the sourcing, transport, and structural setup—often working outside of office hours—so that you can walk into a fully transformed space. I have worked with companies across Gurugram and the wider Delhi NCR region, ensuring every project, whether for 50 people or 500, gets the same level of attention to detail. If you have a brand launch or a festival coming up, I can help you figure out what works for your space and budget.
